We are through the Shiraz and everything else week and we are now down to the last few little blocks of Cabernet and Shiraz. The team has really consolidated and we are powering through the work.
Apologies for not giving an update sooner but this vintage has been one to test the limits of our abilities. Almost 80% of our fruit has come in over the past two weeks, including all the whites and reds at the same time.
Vintage 2013 is now well underway. This week we have been very busy receiving and hand sorting most of the Pinot Meunier, Pinot Noir and dry grown Shiraz, including the 145-year-old Thomson Family Shiraz blocks.
