Any orders placed using our website at bestswines.com is a direct purchase from the winery by you the customer.
All wines are sold subject to availability, any vintage or price changes will be notified prior to processing and dispatch. No minimum purchase is required, although we prefer orders to be placed in multiples of 3, 6, or 12 bottles for packaging purposes and to reduce potential for damage. You can only create your own “mixed case” by selecting any wines that we currently offer for sale by the bottle.
Orders are by credit card only. We accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express.
Orders are normally dispatched within three working days from receipt of order using either Australia Post or the most cost effective carrier depending upon your location.
Due to the ever-changing nature of wine shipping laws, we may be able to ship wines, directly or indirectly, to all states and territories within Australia. If Best’s Wines Pty Ltd is unable to ship directly to your location, we can arrange for the sale and shipment of our products through a third party. Please note, when dealing through a third party, wine prices, discounts, and shipping costs may differ from those quoted by Best’s Wines Pty Ltd.
Please give clear instructions regarding address, location and what to do if nobody is at home when the carrier calls.
Best’s reserves the right not to dispatch wines in exceptionally hot weather or prior to long weekends.
It is illegal to sell wine to anyone under the age of 18. By placing an order with Best’s you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age. Remember, it is an offence to obtain liquor on behalf of a person under the age of 18 years; this includes purchasing the wines as a gift. Private and Corporate Zoom Masterclasses
For organisations looking to host a staff or client event, or groups of mates who live on opposite sides of the country (or the world), our virtual tasting masterclasses can provide a unique online experience for your group.
Are you planning a corporate event? Masterclasses can be organised for your event and Best’s Wines can host the event via Zoom, or you can choose to host via your preferred online meet facility, it’s our place or yours!
Corporate tastings can be structured as per the above with 750ml bottles included in the price and shipped accordingly. However, should your organisation or group prefer, wines can be decanted into smaller tasting bottles (60ml). For this service a minimum 5 wines must be selected, with a minimum group size of 15 participants. These will be priced depending on the wines chosen and the number of bottles required per group. Base rates apply for 60ml tasting bottles (shipped Australia wide, international shipping surcharges apply). This fee does not include the wine. From 15-42 participants = $50 incl. GST per pack OR for 43-230 participants = $35 incl. GST per pack
Corporate or group tastings will require a ‘host’ to run the Zoom. They can be from your organisation or group or Best’s Wines can provide a host. Delivery addresses, instructions, email and phone number must be supplied for each participant for shipping/tracking purposes.
