2016 Great Western Pinot Noir
The colour of this Pinot Noir is bright scarlet red with a rose vermillion hue. Lifted black cherry and baking spice aromas are layered with subtle oak, flinty reduction and violets. A great viscosity of vibrant cherry flavours and fresh baked bread textures fill the mouth with the silky tannins holding it for a long finish. Enjoy it with Boeuf Bourguignon. This will be great to drink within the next few years, but will gain more of the complex characters of Pinot Noir after five-10 years of careful cellaring.
