TASTING NOTES
Colour: Salmon pink/blush
Bouquet: White flowers of apricot blossom, melon, with notes of citrus
Palate: Nectarine/stone fruit, pithy lime with crunchy ‘granny smith’ apple and a creamy softness
Cellaring: Drink fresh on release.
Vintage: Vintage 2022 began with a very cool spring, misty conditions, and low hanging fog. Fruit flowering took some time due
to the cooler conditions which is typical for the region after a larger vintage in 2021. Low crops resulted in high concentration of flavours.
