Our Old Vine Pinot Meunier is picked of our 2 original blocks planted in 1868. With the first single variety 'Millers Burgundy' produced in in 1967, it has been a part of the Best's ever since. Know for its gentle fruit structure, balance and longevity, it has a unique place in the Australian wine areana.
The 1999 “F.H.T.” follows in the widely acclaimed reputation of fine Shiraz produced from grapes grown exclusively on Best’s Concongella vineyard. Great Western Shiraz is renowned for its longevity, however maturation in oak puncheons for over two and a half years prior to bottling makes this Shiraz very approachable even as a young wine.
