Best's Wins 2021 Halliday Wine Companion Best Value Winery of the Year

We’re overjoyed that Best’s Wines was named the Best Value Winery of the Year at the 2021 Halliday Wine Companion Awards on Wednesday 5 August. This accolade is not based on the most inexpensive wines, but rather the quality to price ratio. As Halliday explains, “the [Best’s] wines are consistently elegant and delicious, and for the world-class quality they provide, they’re exceptionally well-priced – they’re more than deserving of consideration as some of Australia’s best value.” With over 9000 wines tasted and 1165 wineries reviewed we’re thrilled and humbled to have received this award.

Vintage 2020 Wrap-Up

2020 WILL CERTAINLY GO DOWN IN HISTORY as a vintage to remember! Unlike other Australian regions, we were fortunate to be unaffected by the smoke caused by the bushfires (mind you, we’ve had our fair share of fires in previous years!) and, while yields were down, the quality is looking superb.
