Made from grapes sourced off our own Riesling blocks and Pinot Gris and Gewürztraminer from a passionate local grower, this blend is inspired by the great classic white blends of the noble white wine varieties in Alsace, France.
This sparkling wine was inspired by Christine Mary Thomson (C.M.T). Made from the traditional varieties of Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier and disgorged after four years on lees.
