Tasting Notes
Colour: Dark red Bouquet: Bright, fresh red fruits and cassis Palate: A supple and rich mid palate displaying black currant, and ruby red fruits, with typical cabernet structure. Varietal blending provides balance and length.
Cellaring: Drinking well now. Vintage: The growing season for 2009 was dry with an early heat wave easing into cooler yet still very dry conditions. This affected some varieties more than others. The season finished well with even ripening conditions.
